1）β-TITANIUM TORX SCREW
β-Titanium Torx Screw is light, flexible and durable. The OS lock anti-loosening technology ensures that the eyewear can be repaired internally and externally.
2）CLOSING BLOCK HINGE
Closing Block Hinge For Torx Screw adopts a hinge design that can be completely opened, which is convenient for height adjustment. The smallest part of the screw is only 1.7mm. β-Titanium hex socket cap screws have a high "Torque pressure" (easy to tighten) function. The OS Lock for anti-loosening function brings harmony to other parts which facilitate the perfect functions of the screw.
3）TITANIUM RIM
Titanium Rim is a crucial component that supports the lens. It has been produced by craftsman Mr. Maruyama 40 years. The Titanium Rim is printed with a series of the number “10” to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics. With specially polished round grooves on the eyeglasses, the lens can be more accurately assembled.
4）CR39 2BASE CURVE LENS
CD39 2Base Curve Lens is a type of high-quality lens with anti-UV and anti-reflective coating. The unique contours of 2Base Curve creates balance for the frame. 10 eyevan’s products are laser engraved with the number "10" on the left side of the lens, which is one of the signatures of 10 eyevan.
5）SHELL SHAPED HINGE
Shell Shaped Hinge is a component that facilitates easily installation and replacement of nose pads, so that the frame will not be loosen because of nose pad issue. It is easier to install and fix the nose pads without screws. Simple and practical.
6）SHELL PAD
Shell Pad is the soft supporting part of the nose pad which is made of natural shells with natural luster and smooth texture. Shell Pad is made by craftsmen in Nara Japan for improving comfort and preventing sliding of eyewear.
7）CROSS OVER BRIDGE
Cross Over Bridge is solely developed by EYEVAN. It utilizes four-point welding to combine 1mm and 0.7mm thick nose bridges in order to create a cross bridge shape with staggered front and back sides. Thin but strong and durable.
8）β-TITANIUM WIRE TEMPLE
β-Titanium Wire Temple is an component that is as thin as a wire (only 0.9mm), which caters to different face shapes.
9）18K BALANCER TEMPLE TIP
18K Balancer Temple Tip is a small part that ensures the balance of the frame and the temple. It is added to the end of the temple as an ending tip.
10）SILVER925 BALANCER TEMPLE TIP
The Silver925 Balancer Temple Tip is a small part that ensures the balance of the frame and even the temple. The ending tip of the same weight is added to the end of the temple to achieve a balance for the whole eyeglasses.
